Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (Express.js, React, Node.js), along with proficiency in PostgreSQL, NestJS, and GraphQL.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in these technologies.
- Local Preference: We are particularly interested in candidates from Sialkot, aiming to support and develop local talent. However, exceptional candidates from other locations may also be considered.
- Tool Proficiency: Must be adept at using Hubstaff and Asana for efficient project management and time tracking.
- Availability: This full-time position requires a commitment to 40 hours per week, specifically during Melbourne's daytime hours for seamless collaboration with our Australian team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the MERN stack, PostgreSQL, NestJS, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Maintain code integrity and organization, following best practices.
- Participate in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
